What is the benefit of using a broker, rather than just figuring out options on my own?

There are a variety of not only plan options, but also a variety of circumstances to navigate. In meeting with clients, I’ve found that often they don’t know about various “pieces of the puzzle” when it comes to things like Medicare Advantage vs Medicare Supplements (Medigap), or things like possible penalties regarding Part B or Part D when first signing up for Medicare, when they can (or can’t) make changes. I’m there to assist you in navigating the “maze”, and not just initially, but throughout the year.

Doesn’t it cost to have you as my broker, or add to the cost of a plan I might choose?

There is no fee when I meet with you, or at ANY point down the road. I am compensated by the various carriers, and by being your broker, it in no way affects any possible plan cost.

Are you associated with more than one insurance carrier? 

Yes, I’m appointed with 15 carriers! It’s important that you have options available, and especially important that you have a plan that fits best for YOUR situation. So, we can discuss plans from a number of Medicare associated carriers.

Do you sell other types of insurance like life and health?

My primary focus is helping seniors with their medicare options, but I also can provide Travel Insurance for the U.S. and abroad. I can also help you with separate dental or vision plans.

DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS ONLY IN IDAHO?

My primary focus is for clients in Idaho, but I am also licensed in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Alabama, and S. Carolina.
